Club Racing

In conjunction with the BMW Car Club of America Club Racing program, races are held in Canada and administered by the local Canadian club.

Races are typically held at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (Mosport), Calabogie, and Mt-Tremblant but the schedule varies year to year. Often the races are held during a Driving School weekend, allowing exposure and interaction between students, instructors and club racers. The track sessions are split, with racing often taking place during the lunch time for students, allowing plenty of time to spectate.

A Club Racing school is usually held in the spring, allowing experienced drivers an introduction to club racing in a safe environment (a street car is sufficient, a race car is not required). At the end of the school, graduates receive a probationary race license allowing them to step into the world of Club Racing.
